Among the tools at our disposal is an x-ray machine with a digital processor that allows us near-instant viewing of radiographs we take. We also have an ultrasound machine useful in trauma cases, diagnostics, and therapeutic centesis.

Our hospital has a special surgery suite where our doctors can perform major emergency surgeries such as foreign body removal and cesarean sections. We also handle many minor surgeries to mend lacerations and bite wounds.

Our hospital is equipped with a complete in-house laboratory that allows our doctors to diagnose a wide variety of problems and more effectively treat their patients in as little as 15 minutes. We are able to run blood chemistry panels, coagulation profiles, electrolyte panels, complete blood counts, various cytologies, FIV/FeLV and parvo tests, ethylene glycol tests, fecal analysis, urinalysis, and more.

We have a fully-stocked pharmacy so that we may fill prescriptions immediately and send patients home with most any medications they may need to help them through their emergencies.

Some pets come to us in need of more extensive care and monitoring. For those critical cases we offer hospitalization and intensive nursing care. This can include IV fluids and medications, blood and plasma transfusion, blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring, heat/cooling support, constant oxygen therapy, seizure watch, syringe feeding, urinary catheterization, and more.
